Custom / Made-to-Order Items

Non-refundable and non-returnable for change of mind, sizing, or style once production has started. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 for a refund or replacement.

Standard Items

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Choose a refund to your original payment method, or opt for store credit (+10% bonus).

Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a full refund or replacement, regardless of item type.
